Chardonnay Winningen 2021 dry
A seductive blend of minerality, complexity and finesse, with an elegant Burgundian feel.
We like this wine which does not want to impress, but to be drunk. Even in 2021, a hot year, it doesn't allow itself an ounce of fatness, but balances it out with finesse and beautifully shaped fruit. A Chardonnay that is not at all kitschy with more height than depth.
