Klüsserather Bruderschaft Pinot Noir 2019
"Red berries, sweet almond, rosehip pulp, discreet wood. In the mouth, the wine is characterised by a dry tannin core, ripe acidity supports and carries, the supple foundation in the right measure binds the extract. The finish is still pointed and compact, has the best prospects.

Where the first Klüsserather church of St. Michael stood 1000 years ago on a small elevation in the brotherhood at the lower edge of the village is a special terroir: very rich in stone and directly exposed to the south. The Michelskirche stood there until the 16th century when the new parish church was built in the centre of the village. The area is still called Michelskirch today. About ¼ of our Riesling wines grow there. Since the 2011 vintage, we have been calling these wines "Michelskirch". It is always a late harvest quality. We make the Michelskirch dry and off-dry.
