CAI Riesling Kabinett dry 2023
The Riesling Kabinett sec 2022 from Immich-Batterieberg is the first wine from the Enkirch estate. This fine dry Riesling comes from the steep vineyards around the Moselle town of Enkirch, the Drohner Hofberg and the Oberemmeler Altenberg. It is vinified in a non-invasive way, exclusively in steel tanks.

Immich-Batterieberg CAI Riesling Kabinett trocken 2022 presents itself in the glass in a light golden color. It has aromas of citrus, pome fruit and stone fruit. On the palate, there is an appetizing acidity in the CAI Riesling that ensures remarkable drinkability. The body is elegant and light. The medium length finish shows finesse and tension. The CAI Kabinett d'Immich-Batterieberg should be allowed to air out for a few minutes so that the aromas can be found. It can be enjoyed slightly chilled with fried food, hummus or lemon chicken in yogurt or grilled fish.

Immich Batterieberg
The Immich-Batterieberg wine estate in Enkirch is one of the oldest wine estates in the Moselle. The first mention of the central part of the estate, which is still preserved today, dates back to 908 AD in a document of the last Carolingian king of East Francia, Ludwig IV, who confirmed a handover of the estate to the church.
