Goldtröpfchen Kabinett Riesling 2019
In the Goldtröpfchen Kabinett, tropical fruits pair in nose and taste with the spicy-smoky character of the blue Devonian slate. Despite the rich and fulminant fruit and a certain natural residual sweetness, this Riesling is always prancingly light on its feet and provides enormous drinking pleasure, not least because of the complex and refreshing acid structure.

Kabinet wines are always characterized by a moderate alcohol content and an enormous juiciness and lightness of flavor, and have aging potential for decades. Drunk young and matured, Goldtröpfchen Kabinett is the ideal wine as an aperitif or conversation companion through the evening. At the table, it shows its full potential as an accompaniment to exotic and spicy dishes of international and national cuisine.

Nik Weis - St. Urbans Hof
The St. Urbanshof wine estate has its roots in one of the most beautiful sunny locations on the Moselle: an elegant loop of the river follows the course of the sun along the gently sloping vineyards, where the wine estate was built and founded in 1947 by Nicolaus Weis under the name "St. Urbans-Hof" on an enchanting hill. Since 1997, Nik Weis, the third generation, has been running the estate on an area of around 35 hectares, from which he produces refined delicacies, specialising in Riesling.
