The Graacher Riesling dry comes from the excellent terroirs of the Graach community on the Moselle. This fine white wine reflects the typical soil characteristics of this area: a medium deep, stony and cool soil, resulting from the weathering of clay schist. The beautifully sunny and warm month of September allowed the grapes to ripen and take on a golden color. Combined with a cool and dry October, this resulted in a ripe and healthy vintage, which was harvested relatively late. The Kesselstatt estate places great importance on spontaneous fermentation, which allows the specificities of the vineyard to be expressed.

The Graacher Riesling trocken is a real seducer. It seduces right from the nose: its bouquet reveals a slight hint of gunflint and fresh yeast. Then comes a real fruit cocktail with flavors reminiscent of juicy peach and apricot. On the palate, the fruity experience continues, with substance and fullness. A note of slate ennobles the finish, as the Riesling escapes from the mouth with suppleness. This white wine goes very well with fried fish, white meats, aspics, pasta and mushroom dishes, fish pies and much more. A true all-rounder!
