Hörecker Riesling Grosse Lage off-dry 2019
Flavour: a deep, multi-faceted Riesling that reveals an impressive density with plenty of pressure and body; its deep, herbal, spicy and aromatic impressions are followed in a multi-dimensionality by an interplay of ripe, local fruit and a mineral finish. Food pairing: ideal with blanched eggs with chilli sauce, regional crayfish tails with chilli curry sauce and coconut milk, and heavily matured Appenzeller cheese.
