

Marienburg Riesling Auslese (selection) 2018
For the selection we choose highly ripe grapes with a botrytis content of about 15%. Spontaneously fermented in old Fuder barrels, chilled at an achieved alcohol content of approx. 7.5% vol. and drawn from the yeast. As a rule, our Prädikat wines are bottled in May.

The slopes of Pündericher Marienburg face south, southwest or southeast, guaranteeing optimal sunshine. The soil consists mostly of weathered grey slate. The vines are over 30 years old and can withstand dry periods without any problems. For the selection we choose highly ripe grapes with a botrytis content of about 15%. Clemens Busch
The Clemens Busch wine estate was first mentioned in documents as early as 1802 and is located in the municipality of Pünderich. The family's old manor house is located directly on the banks of the Moselle with a view of the vineyards of the Marienburg site. Since 1986, Clemens and Rita Busch have been running the winery according to strict criteria of organic viticulture.
