Saarburger Laurentius Riesling Kabinett fruit sweet 2021
From the newly acquired site Saarburger Laurentiusberg was vinified in 2019 for the first time a fruity Kabinett. A Kabinett that could also be called a pick-me-up, the nose is filled with delicate herbal aromas and fruit aromas of fresh apples and peaches. The acidity harmonizes perfectly with the existing residual sweetness and bristles with juiciness. A real fun bringer that you should have in any case times in the glass!

Dr. Wagner

Steep slopes, old Riesling vines in traditional single-pole training, manual work in the vineyard, gentle, selective, manual harvesting, maturation in traditional wooden barrels - the Fuder - at 100% - the quality of the wines proves that they are right.
