An elegant light sweetness - acidity play forms the beginning of an abundance of fruit aromas with citrus, pomelo and pineapple. Herbs and a distinct minerality form the long finish of this filigree wine. Its optimal drinking temperature is 9 °C. The Riesling Apotheke Spätlese goes well with fresh cheese variations or fish dishes. The wine has an excellent storage life.

The Ansgar Clüsserath winery can look back on a long tradition in viticulture. It was founded as early as 1670 and has been family-owned ever since. Today, Eva Clüsserath-Wittmann manages the winery together with her parents. The generations before her have constantly developed the winery and accumulated a wealth of experience, which still comes into play today.
