Erdener Prälat Réserve 2021
The result is a particularly concentrated but also mineral Riesling. It appears tight and precise in the glass. It smells of red apples, passion fruit and mango. Maturation on the lees in 500-litre Tonneau wooden barrels gives the wine a certain suppleness.

The Erdener Prälat is one of the best vineyards on the Moselle. In the middle of the rocky massif are 100-year-old vines that are perfectly aligned to the south. The vineyard requires 100% manual labour in our absolutely steepest site of 65%. The result is a particularly concentrated but also mineral Riesling. It appears tight and precise in the glass. It smells of red apples, passion fruit and mango. Maturation on the lees in 500-litre Tonneau wooden barrels gives the wine a certain suppleness.
