Shipping within Germany

Per delivery address applies:

  • The shipping costs are always calculated per order from the winery and per card box of 6.
  • Orders with a value of goods of € 200 + VAT or more will be shipped free of charge
  • Please register with your delivery address before ordering so that the store can calculate the shipping costs for your country correctly
  • For orders with a value of goods below € 200 per winery we charge only € 9,00 shipping costs per card, breakproof packaging included

We do not charge any additional costs. VAT is included in all prices.

Shipping within the EU


Per delivery address applies:

  • Shipping costs are always calculated per order from the winery per carton of 6.
  • For orders we charge only € 13,00 shipping costs per carton, shatterproof packaging included.

We do not charge any additional costs. VAT is included in all prices.


Shipping outside the EU

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional taxes and fees apply. Customs duties are not included in the shipping surcharges. Please contact us by mail about possible additional costs: hello@moselweine.shop.

Shipping Units & Carton Sizes

Wine is usually shipped in the following carton sizes: 6 bottles, 12 bottles or 18 bottles. Help prevent bottle breakage and conserve resources by customising your order quantity. The shipping of your selected wines is done directly from the winemaker therefore shipping costs for different shippers may apply. For more information, please see the shipping cost table.

Shipping time

For all products offered on Moselweine.shop, the delivery time is usually 1-3 working days (Mon-Fri) after receipt of payment. However, due to special circumstances (harvest, illness, holidays), the delivery time may be 3-5 working days.

If you have not received a delivery after these time periods, please contact us so that we can clarify the whereabouts of the shipment in a timely manner.

Shipping tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code for your package. You can use this to track the current status of your delivery. If you have not received this, please contact us. We will then immediately find out the tracking code for tracking the shipment and inform you of it.
