Kaseler Nies'chen -Im Taubenberg - Grand Cru Riesling dry 2020
With barrel no. 13, one enters the more complex sphere of the Nies'chen. Aromas of green and yellow fruit, chalky minerality and a hint of fennel characterise the nose. On the palate, the Taubenberg proves to be a true flatterer with its creamy texture and gentle acidity, but the fruit is not neglected either with everything apricot has to offer, from flesh and skin to stone. A fine almond tone rounds off the taste experience.
