Piesporter Goldtröpfchen Hohlweid Riesling Grosses Gewächs 2019
In the " Große Lage " Goldtröpfchen, the depth and the fine slate content are extremely high, which ensures an intense minerality and a body rich in extracts. The aroma spectrum is reminiscent of ripe, yellow summer fruits such as peach, apricot and mirabelle. Depending on the vintage, various citrus fruits are of course also present.

Firm, still slightly yeasty, somewhat herbal bouquet with bright yellow fruity aromas, floral nuances, a hint of dark berries and mineral hints. Firmly woven yet also melting, dry, rather soft fruit, very fine acidity and some grip, fine vegetal aromas, a touch mushroomy, good persistence and substance, a hint of candy, floral nuances, very good finish, again with melting, some spice and vegetal tones.
