Röttgen Riesling Auslese noble-sweet 2019
Simple and strikingly precise and elegant. Fine, subtle and marked by the slate of the place, the mouth is ample and expansive, a firework of ripe yellow fruits with a soft and creamy texture. The acidity is only very discreetly underlining, bringing pep and balancing the sweetness and acidity well. The freshness provides a wonderful counterbalance to the almost decadent splendor of the aromas.

A wine of absolute clarity and finesse, which exudes an almost eerie elegance. You really have to smell it to catch one or the other fruit note. On the palate too, it has that supposed purist character with a spicy, manly power. This finesse is already great and absolutely perfect. The refined acid structure gives the bridge a deep feeling of freshness.
