Zeltinger Schlossberg Grosses Gewächs (Grand Cru) Riesling dry 2021
The Zeltinger Schlossberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs Trocken 2020 opens with aromas of warm, concentrated fruit and delicate slate thanks to the deeper soil, which adds a subtle salinity. The palate is round and zesty, a persistently salty and structured Riesling with an intense, powerful, rich and complex finish with tremendous grip and tension. An impressive wine.

The Zeltinger Schlossberg Riesling GG from the Selbach-Oster estate combines typical, finely spiced Riesling aromas with a delicate yeast note and minerality from the schist soil. Dry, with a delicate interplay of fruit and acidity and a hint of wild yeast fermentation aroma. Dense on the palate, with lots of soft fruit and long persistence. Pairs well with fish, seafood, antipasti, ham and charcuterie.
