Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Kabinett Riesling fruity 2021
Elegant and fine, the Riesling presents itself on the nose and in the mouth. he Zeltinger Riesling Kabinett trocken enchants with a ripe balanced Riesling fruit, which combines density with the minerality of the slate soil. Although the Riesling does not present itself too strongly, it shows a powerful body. Serve it with fish and seafood or delicate dishes with veal or poultry.

The prestigious Zeltinger Sonnenuhr vineyard, as the name suggests, holds a little something special: a sundial built in 1620 in the midst of vines. It is the largest in a German vineyard and also the landmark of the village. The grapes for the Zeltinger Riesling Kabinett trocken come from here. The golden-yellow small berries grow fully ripe and healthy on old, rootless vines. Traditional fermentation on our own yeasts followed the harvest. Loving treatment and experience do the rest.
