3 years yeast storage, hand shaken, traditional bottle fermentation, own production! The fine bubbly carbonic acid in combination with the light sweetness provide an enormous drinking pleasure. Due to the yeast storage of at least 36 months, this sparkling wine has a very soft perlage and always appears harmonious.
