Kabinett Riesling off-dry 2023
Fresh scent of white and red berries and ripe pineapple. On the juicy palate, carried by lively, light-footed acidity and well-structured citrus fruit. But the true character of this Kabinett is only revealed on the home stretch, in the graceful, finely balanced finish.

This wine enjoys drinking now, but will come into its full potential in three to five years.
A pleasure to drink on its own. But the slender beauty of this Kabinett also pairs well with a salmon carpaccio, Vietnamese mango salad or even the crunchy spice of a red Thai curry with crispy duck.

Von Othegraven
Günther Jauch has been the owner of the von Othegraven winery since 2010. Günther Jauch is the grandson of Elsa von Othegraven and it was important to him to continue the tradition of the winery. So he brought the well-known oenologist Andreas Barth on board. Andreas Barth is well known and his quality-oriented approach coincides with the ideas of the "new" owner. Thus, in 2011 and 2012, the old style of the winery returned and seamlessly continues the success of old times.
