The 25th barrel in the cellar is the highest quality local wine, mineral and harmonious dry fermented. Harvested from the eastern slopes of the Scheidterberg and Rauberges, it reflects the spicy side of the Ayl Riesling terroir. Blue-gray Devonian slate, which captivates with a subtle salty note... Therefore, here is our recommendation to fresh Mediterranean-style dishes.
