Steinreich Trittenheimer Apotheke Riesling dry 2022
Rich in stones and stony subsoil is the soil of the Trittenheimer Apotheke, from which the grapes for this wine come. Blue slate and slate weathered soil form the top layer of the vineyard, the subsoil is rocky, giving an intense spicy minerality to the vines, which gives hints of saltiness. The wine has complex aromas of nectarine, currant and lemon. Filigree minerlaich with acidity full of character, Riesling Steinreich ends with a long finish

The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with natural yeasts in classic wooden barrels. Then the wine is on the lees until April.
