An assemblage of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir. The color is light yellow with a filigree perlage in the glass. The long yeast aging characterizes the aroma of the Crémant, so that yeasty notes of brioche and balsamic aromas of hazelnut are in the foreground. On the palate, there are hints of stone fruit, such as pear and apple. The mouthfeel is very round and moussing, leaving a great overall impression. A real Moselle champagne!
