Bruno Pinot Blanc dry 2021
Although fully fermented, this Pinot Blanc has an intense, sweet fruit on the palate, proving how sweet and juicy a bone dry wine can taste.

The grapes grow in an old parcel of the Karthäuserhofberg on barren and slatey subsoil and south-western exposure.
To preserve all the delicate aromas that the vine produces, we basically harvest all the grapes by hand, press with gentle pressure and do as little as possible in the cellar. But we invest something essential: time. Patience and time always pay off in viticulture, in pressing, fermenting and maturing. With us there is no fining, sedimentation takes place naturally, only sulphur is added.
