Weissburgunder - Pinot Blanc- Ortswein Nittel 2022
Our Pinot Blanc Nittel comes from the best vineyards around our wine village Nittel. By means of strong yield reduction, we create here a higher complexity and concentration. The fine saltiness on the palate precisely reflects the terroir and the region of shell limestone. Through spontaneous fermentation, malolactic fermentation and aging in large oak barrels, we vinify a Weissburgunder with melting and charm. A fine creaminess remains on the palate.
