Pinot Noir 2018
From 2016, Sebastian Selbach has also been producing a red wine, a Pinot Noir, from grapes grown in Zeltingen and Kinheim.
The grapes are partly destemmed and fermented in open vats. The wine is matured in barrique, in old barrels from the Ahr winery Stodden. Sebastian produces two qualities, the Pinot Noir and a denser and fragrant version as Pinot Noir.
