Brückstück Terrassen Riesling off-dry 2021
A fabulous, incredibly subtle, dense and floating site wine. It initially appears intensely spicy and pushes itself downright over the palate, and then with its mineral vein in the reverberation becomes ever finer to become.

The smallest single vineyard in Winningen consists of a mixture of slate, sandstone and pumice. The pumice comes from the eruption of the Laacher Lake volcano, which occurred over 13,000 years ago. The soil is rich in minerals and due to a natural water inflow, the vines rarely have to struggle with a lack of water. The wines from this site impress with their clear, ripe fruit and harmonious minerality.
