Klüsserather Bruderschaft Riesling dry Grosses Gewächs (Grand Cru) 2021
The wine glows mirabelle yellow in the glass and smells of fresh green apples, petroleum, bitter almond, peach, butter and freshly baked bread. The body is medium. On the palate, the wine is wonderfully fresh with great length.
Falstaff Wineguide
Noticeable minerality on the nose, some apple skin, fine lemon notes, also white-fleshed peach. Currently quite massive on the palate, clear sugar tail, ripe pineapple, less fresh than the "Old Vines", still needs time.

Große Gewächse (Grand Cru) are the absolute top Rieslings in the dry taste segment of the Bernkasteler Ring vineyards. They come from classified steep vineyards that are delineated by parcel, vinified according to strict production criteria and tested by a commission of experts. A minimum yield, as well as selective manual harvesting and traditional vinification guarantee a unique Riesling enjoyment. Vinified according to the strict production criteria of the Bernkasteler Ring classification, Riesling wines with the designation "Großes Gewächs Bernkasteler Ring" stand for a premium line of dry wines. These Grand Cru wines come only from the best steep slopes and are characterised by an exceptional ripening potential. A selective hand harvest, a harvest quantity limited to 50 hl/ha and a strict sensory examination by a jury of experts are the prerequisites for this top segment.

F.-J. Regnery
The F-J Regnery winery has been in the Regnery family since the 17th century. However, it got its current name after old vintner Franz-Josef Regnery, who in the 1970s converted the business to purely steep-slope cultivation and expanded the winery to include a comfortably furnished vinotheque.
