Pinot Noir Réserve 2018 - red wine dry
When such a complex, yet immensely approachable, even fantastic "Burgundy nose" literally comes to you, everyone goes into raptures. The fruit is here despite the long lees and wood aging still clearly in the center, it is the "heavenly body" in the wine, around which everything revolves. "Trabants" are warm earth, some undergrowth, balsamic herbs and stone. Above them lies an almost ethereal cloud of floral notes. Unconditional recommendation for all lovers of delightful Pinots and admirers of great winemaking.
The best grapes from the top red vintage of 2018 were used for this. The yield was vanishingly small, but the effort and patience paid off.

After 24 months in new barrique, an exceptional red wine has matured. A Pinot that is unparalleled. Strong in color, aromas of wild berries, a little chocolate and supported by the softly integrated wood. Extremely complex, still very closed, it reveals its full potential only after previous caraphy. A wine for now or in 10 years!
