Trittenheimer Apotheke Riesling Kabinett off-dry 2022
Fine acidity and spicy minerality with a soft texture are the result. A present mineral note forms the basis for this profound, elegant wine. It is characterised by reductive fruit and saltiness. Wines of this type were traditionally served with food after about 10 years of ageing and present themselves with a fascinating sweetness-acidity interplay.

Slate and rock in the subsoil, combined with a relatively sheltered, south-westerly exposure and a resulting extremely long warm period of a single day are decisive for the individuality of the Trittenheimer APOTHEKE site. Almost 100-year-old vines with deep roots in the rocks give rise to small grapes and berries with concentrated aromas. As a result of the prolongation of the heat release through the slate, the acid in the vines can be metabolised and broken down well
