Bockstein Auslese (sélection) Riesling 2018 noble sweet
A crystal clear, brilliant and radiant Auslese with a fully ripe yet racy fruit that meets a fine botrytis spice and smoky minerality. Despite its young age, the Auslese presents itself very open and accessible. The complex aromatic spectrum is particularly convincing with its delicate flavor and long finish. Fruit, sweetness, minerality, acidity and structure are already in a cradling balance

Nik Weis - St. Urbans Hof
The St. Urbanshof wine estate has its roots in one of the most beautiful sunny locations on the Moselle: an elegant loop of the river follows the course of the sun along the gently sloping vineyards, where the wine estate was built and founded in 1947 by Nicolaus Weis under the name "St. Urbans-Hof" on an enchanting hill. Since 1997, Nik Weis, the third generation, has been running the estate on an area of around 35 hectares, from which he produces refined delicacies, specialising in Riesling.
